Nondestructive Testing Equipment for the Aircraft industry

Nutronik GmbH has more than 20 years experience in large scale Automated Ultrasonic Inspection Systems. These have been supplied for the aircraft industry and similar applications worldwide. The extensive custom built range of systems is now offered in North America by Krautkramer Ultrasonic Systems. Supplied systems range from two axis immersion tanks to full Multi Axis complex contour following systems capable of accepting component dimensions and contours from commercially available CAD systems. If these are unavailable then the Teach and Learn mode will allow operator input of the component shape to be inspected. In principle, three different inspection methods are available for ultrasonic inspection of components.
