High-Wear Vacuum Cups Eliminate Ghost Marks, Handle High Heat

A new line of vacuum cups that are non-marking, handle high heat, and are long-lasting for applications such as EOAT tooling in the plastics injection molding industry is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Anver Nomathane(TM) Vacuum Cups are molded from a proprietary silicone-free, hybrid material that is non-marking and will not leave any residue, mold release agent, or ghost marks on products. Ideal for applications where products need to be painted after handling, these medium Durometer (50) vacuum cups resist heat up to 356°F and are extremely pliable and wear resistant.

Developed for use on end-of-arm tooling in the plastics injection molding industry, Anver Nomathane(TM) Vacuum Cups come in flat, single, and multi-bellows shapes in standard 1/8" to 2" O.D. sizes and can be supplied custom up to 5". They are longer lasting than EPDM, neoprene, NBR, nitrile, silicone, TPU polyurethane, Viton®, and vinyl, claims the manufacturer.

Anver Nomathane(TM) Vacuum Cups are priced similar to other premium urethanes. Samples and literature are available upon request.
