Hydro Engineering Presents its New Wheel and Undercarriage Wash System; Stand Alone, or Connect to Patented Hydropads as Entry Point of Vehicle and Equipment Wash Rack
Available in 2 sizes, Hydro Engineering Inc’s Automatic Undercarriage Wash Systems (HEAUWS/M and HE-AUWS/W) accommodate up to 20’ wide traffic lanes where even the heaviest equipment can pass through. Solids are removed automatically and all water collected is recycled for reuse.
SALT LAKE CITY - August 18, 2020 -- Design of Hydro Engineering Inc’s Undercarriage & Wheel Wash System (HE-AUWS/M or /W) are uniquely capable for job site applications. When environmental requirements call for dust, dirt and debris to be washed from vehicles prior to leaving the job site, this product fits the requirement. Those needing to control job site track out will like the ability to place this system in less than 1 day, connect to water, power (or generator), and be operational. The design allows for easy relocation, move to next job site and again be operational quickly.
High wash water flow rates are combined with active motion spray bars to provide a fast, effective and reliable wash. High capacity solids settling tanks and an advanced weir system provides improved water quality, recycling all collected water back to the wash process.
What really sets Hydro Engineering Inc’s Undercarriage & Wheel Wash System apart, from anything else, is the ability to connect to Hydropad Above Ground Steel Wash Pads and Walls. Vehicle and equipment proceed through a wash water and debris containment driveway with walls up to fourteen feet tall that substantially collect and control water and debris carry off. After exiting the HE-AUWS/M or W, vehicles may proceed thru additional automatic rinse or manual wash stations when additional cosmetic, corrosion control or maintenance is required.
Whether stand alone or connected to Hydropad Above Ground Steel Wash Pads, all collected solids are automatically transported from a disposal chute via drag conveyor while water is recycled for reuse in wash process.
