HASCO's innovative wedge lock washers Z693/… uses tension instead of friction to give you ultimate security against the bolt loosening effect because of vibration and dynamic loads. The two-part washers, bonded in pairs, guarantee a positive lock of the screw even at low torque.
Reusable several times
At a maximum service temperature of 200 °C, the wedge lock washers made of zinc-coated steel can be reused several times. They have a surface-protecting that guarantees reliable functioning even when using lubricants. The comprehensive portfolio of HASCO standard mould units is supplemented by eleven different sizes for the most common screw diameters.
