Godfrey Announces 5 New Dual Flip Lounge Sanpan Models for 2021

Elkhart, Ind. – Godfrey Marine, manufacturer of pontoons built with enduring quality and superior craftsmanship, announced today the launch of five new configurations in its legendary Sanpan product line – the 2021 Sanpan Dual Flip Lounge (DFL).

The key differentiating feature of the new Sanpan DFL product line is the addition of a large multi-functional Dual Flip Lounge which provides plenty of room for two people and also houses a changing room and optional Porta-Potti®. Offering customized lounging experiences for each person while they connect with one another on the boat and with those in the water, each occupant has their own space to sit forward, lounge forward with feet up, lounge facing aft or lay completely flat. The ability to lounge in opposite directions provides passengers the perfect opportunity for face-to-face conversation. A stainless-steel barrier surround enhances passenger safety without obstructing views of the water while allowing walk-around access to the entire lounge.

“The versatility of the new Sanpan DFL is outstanding,” said David Jordan, regional independent sales manager, Godfrey Marine. “In addition, the models include so many standard features that it sets the already lofty bar of the lineup even higher.”

“The DFL layout really brings the captain into conversation as guests shift the primary lounging area towards the midship of the boat,” said Jake Dewire, design engineer, Godfrey Marine. “The 2600 DFL in particular expands the seating capacity around the captain and merges nicely with the large sun pad at the stern.”

The all-new smooth, dynamic styling and first-class interior offered in lengths from 25- and 29-feet with a capacity of as many as 17 people makes the Sanpan DFL the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Incorporating premium amenities for greater enjoyment on the water, a Fusion Apollo Gold Stereo System comes standard with four 7.7-inch RGB LED speakers; Navigation is also simplified with the inclusion of a Simrad GO7 multifunction touchscreen display; and the deluxe helm and co-captain’s chairs are fully adjustable with swivel, sliders, recliner and leveling arms. Each model in the lineup includes a stern storage cabinet with dedicated table storage, a dual-surface countertop with integrated cup holders, and a ski tow bar is included for the watersports enthusiasts.

2021 Sanpan DFL models are available through Godfrey’s network of dealers. For more information on Godfrey or its full lineup of pontoons, please visit www.godfreypontoonboats.com.
