RTW6006 Roller Table Washer
Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of their newest washer in its line of industrial washers, the RTW6006.
Roller Table Washers are traditionally used for large and heavy parts that can be conveyed well on a roller type conveyor. The rollers give better access to the parts to be cleaned than a mesh belt is able to. Variable speed for parts traveling across the rollers is 2-10 feet per minute. The wash zone for this particular unit is 60" wide by 6" tall. Parts are exposed to 40 nozzles strategically placed over two stainless steel wrap-around spray bars. The washer’s pump system delivers 10 HP of high-volume water at approximately 60 PSI.
