ORTEC® Announces The RADEAGLET-R, The Latest Generation of Scintillation Handheld Radioisotope Identification Devices (RIIDs)

Oak Ridge, TN (August 5, 2020) – The ORTEC Products Group of AMETEK Advanced Measurement Technology (AMT) has teamed with innoRIID GmbH of Dusseldorf, Germany to release the new rugged RADEAGLET-R, the latest generation of scintillation handheld radioisotope identification devices (RIIDs).

The RADEAGLET-R is a highly portable and extremely rugged device specifically designed for military, first responders, customs agents, and intelligence organizations. It combines the existing, premium radionuclide detection and identification of RADEAGLET with superior construction, improved ergonomics, extended operating time, optimized user interfaces, and simplified operational use.
