New ID Works Version 6.0 Now Available

Datacard began shipping the latest release of ID Works on 12/4. Version 6 is modular and includes Administrator, Designer and Production. The Designer module allows the user to design a single two-sided card, Production Form. The Production module allows the user to print cards. The Administrator module provides functions to set the language, assign printer plug-in, configure card side K panel printing and configure a camera.
Features include:
o Unlimited number of text fields on the card design and Production Form.
o Unlimited number of barcode fields on a card design.
o Unlimited number of fields per project.
o 9 supported barcode types
o Auto creation of Microsoft® Access® 2000 database software table for each project.
