New Features to Compact Video Inspection System Enhance Operator Proficiency

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Fife Corporation announces improvements to the popular InPrint Video Web Inspection system. An increased field of view, reduced glare when viewing reflective materials, and additional software features help operators quickly identify and respond to printing defects.
Operators can now view more of the web at one time with the larger field of view provided by an updated camera lens; offering greater detection on wider webs. New strobe technology includes a diffuser to allow better disbursement of light over the viewing area, which eliminates glare when working with foil, metallic inks and other reflective materials.
The latest release of the InPrint's user-friendly software makes it easier to identify differences in color to detect variances in saturation and tone. The new software also includes enhancements to split-screen settings, allowing for side-by-side color comparisons between the current press run and a control image.
