New Feature for Convenient and Efficient Waste Compaction

In 2007 Orwak launched three new versatile balers - model 3210, 3410 and 3810. Appealing characteristics like the short cycle time, the silent operation and the soft turn over when the press plate goes back up made the new models an instant success. The standard version of 3810 is equipped with a sliding door and it is optional on the 3410. The sliding door opens automatically after each completed cycle.
In spring 2008 Orwak will introduce yet another new feature! The two models 3810 and 3410 Sliding door will both come with an autostart function as a standard. The autostart function allows the baler to start compacting the material as soon as the door closes. The balers offer simple waste compaction to the highest operator safety.
To compact packaging material facilitates the waste handling in general and contributes to a better working environment. The sliding door and the autostart offer yet another advantage in environments where large amounts of waste are generated or where the baler is operated intensely during a specific time of the day. The staff will experience even more convenience and efficiency in the waste handling.
Picture for example a Monday morning in a supermarket when fresh groceries are delivered, the staff is busy unpacking the goods and cardboard boxes and wrappings rapidly pile up. To efficiently save floor space and to keep passage ways clear during these busy hours, the baler is constantly fed with waste. To gain even more time, it is helpful when the door opens automatically to allow the machine to be filled up with the next load of voluminous waste. When you carry armfuls of boxes to the baler, it is naturally convenient if you do not need to grasp for the handle to open the door.
