FastMaint CMMS Maintenance Software v.10 for Utilities, Manufacturing Plants & Facilities

SMGlobal has released FastMaint CMMS v.10, a computerized maintenance management software program for equipment and facilities maintenance. FastMaint CMMS lets maintenance managers schedule both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work, send work orders to the maintenance staff on their mobile phones, receive feedback from the maintenance workers, and track the progress of all outstanding and completed jobs. It can be used for on-site maintenance or field service management.

New features in version 10 include cloning prior purchases (useful to create blanket requests or reorder the same items), enhanced reports, improved work request management, support for smart phones in the Web/ Cloud edition and more.

FastMaint CMMS is available in five editions, allowing businesses to upgrade the software as their companies grow in size and complexity.

The Basic and Standard editions are designed for enterprises with a single user managing the maintenance process.

The Professional and Web editions support multiple users using the system at the same time. Cloud edition is the Web edition hosted in the cloud. It does not need to be installed in the customer’s site unlike the other editions.

A single-user license for the Standard edition is US $1,200. The Professional and Web editions start at US $3,000. These prices are for downloaded software that customers install on their own systems and are not monthly subscriptions.

The Basic, Standard, and Professional editions require Microsoft Windows 7 or later. The Web edition requires Microsoft Windows 2008 or later for the server.

The Web and Cloud editions allow client access using a Desktop, Laptop, Netbook, Tablet or Smart Phone with a HTML 5 compliant browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox or Apple Safari.
