This kit is solution for scientists that require accurate and efficient detection of dsRNA without the hassle and tedious effort of coating and optimising their own ELISA.

The dsRNA ELISA is designed with a direct sandwich assay format, offering better specificity and sensitivity than current market leaders. It provides reliable, accurate results with minimal prep time and ready to use reagents. Additionally, it comes completely validated, ensuring that users can be confident in the results that they obtain.

About the kit:

Robust and sensitive Enzyme Immunoassay for the Qualitative / semi-quantitative screening of double stranded RNA in mRNA based preparations. We recommend using the ELISA to detect viral dsRNAs or large natural or synthetic dsRNAs of non-viral origin in nucleic acid extracts, as well as to detect the presence of undesired dsRNA molecules in artificially synthesized (m)RNA preparations. Serial dilutions of the Poly(I: C) dsRNA standard (included in the kit) can be used as a positive quantitative control.
