Rugged High Temperature Surface Mount Isolated DC-DC Converters Conform with MIL-STD-810F Shock and Vibration

The new SU1 (1W), SU2 and SU2W (both 2W) surface mount DC-DC converters offer good thermal performance in a rugged compact package. The new SMT units also conform to MIL-STD-810F shock and vibration.

The SU1 and SU2 have a high working voltage of 250Vrms / 400VDC carrying a high isolation of 420VDC. They offer nominal 10% inputs; 3.3V and 5V with 3.3V and 5V outputs. The units are designed to meet the latest IEC 62368-1 safety standard with a wide operating temperature of -40 to 105°C (100% power to 85°C). They both pass conducted and radiated level B with (additional components) and offer dual ±3.3V and ±5V outputs variants.

The SU2W offers a wide 4:1 input in a 12V (4.5-18V) and 24V (9-36V) carrying an isolation of 3000VDC. The units are designed to meet the latest IEC 62368-1 safety standard with a wide operating temperature of -40 to 75°C at 100% power. They pass conducted and radiated level A with (additional components) in single and dual 5, 12 15V and ±12V and ±15V outputs respectively.
