New Iris Performance Intelligence Solution Enables Network Operators to Proactively Monitor and Improve End-to-End Network and Service Performance

IPI is a powerful real-time and historic KPI dashboard solution that provides operators the capability to identify network, service and IP performance issues, drill-down to their root cause, and proactively fix the issue before customers are even aware there is a problem. IPI allows multiple departments within an operator to develop their own Key Quality Indicators based on the industry standard categories of accessibility, retainability, integrity and performance.
