TORONTO, - ViXS Systems Inc. announced today the XCode(R) 5195, the first network media processor, with quad transcoding and an integrated Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA(R)) networking functionality. XCode(R) 5195 provides the complete SoC solution for whole home distribution of premium content to any device while maintaining digital rights protection, quality and connectivity. The XCode(R) 5195 is a highly integrated and robust solution designed for service providers who are looking to distribute their content to multiple displays inside and outside of the home. Sampling now, the XCode(R) 5195 leads the market in terms of integration and advanced functionality making it a media processor of choice for home based gateway devices.
