Chapman Location Systems has created an industry leading Location-Based Service (LBS) monitoring software platform that uses NAVTEQ digital map data to instantly render map information using its high speed map engine. Chapman provides a complete suite of tools needed to manage and/or provide scalable LBS solutions across a variety of vertical markets. Their open architecture enables the integration of legacy and new GPS devices into a common format using the Chapman C3 software solution.
