The Douglas Machine Inc. Multiwrapper utilizes proven metering technology to stabilize tall, small diameter bottles and keep them from tipping. Throughout the metering process, horizontal bars trap the product in the front and rear, holding them upright and stable. The Multiwrapper easily packs 6 and 12 dual stream pack patterns at 40 cycles per minute.
Special features include a unique wedge infeed reducing product surge at the metering section, optional side film stands for easy film loading, and a cooling fan at heat tunnel discharge to stabilize film.
The Multiwrapper also features a new film cutter assembly that simply rolls out for convenient and ergonomic cutter maintenance.
