Riveer Company Introduces the All New Heavy Mud Racks to be Used with the Cyclonator®
South Haven, MI - Riveer Company, manufacturer of the Cyclonator®, is proud to introduce new Heavy Mud racks. The racks feature a solid tread plate surface, a gradual slope to a center trough, and the same 10,000 pound capacity wheel load as the standard Cyclonator racks. The 12-inch wide trough is easily cleared with a flat shovel. Optional conveyor automatically dumps mud into hopper for even easier disposal. Riveer's patented filtration and recovery system insures that the center rack is always dry and the filtration system recycles 24/7 insuring clean wash water.
The Heavy Mud racks can be used with any of the following currently existing line of closed-loop washing systems including:
o The original patented above-ground Cyclonator used in equipment washing in over 200 locations in the US and around the world.
o The phosphate Cyclonator for pre-treatment of large parts prior to painting. These unique systems are saving large production companies and small custom painters considerable money in phosphate chemical costs.
o The spot free Cyclonator system. Riveer has designed a reverse osmosis system for use with the Cyclonator recycling wash rack. This system allows customers to wash cars, buses and other equipment needing a spot free rinse.
