Innovative spline-based motion control algorithm, including motion profile lookahead,dynamic real-time acceleration control and output velocity filtering, delivers excellent performance levels even with undersized motors and drives.

Dynamic acceleration control offers the highest performance at every motor rotation speed, by limiting acceleration in real-time, according to the torque available at each motor frequency, resulting in higher acceleration at low speed and increased operating velocity range.

Spline-based smoothing filters any irregularities contained in the original CNC programs without loosing precision, reducing output signal's frequency and avoiding motor current peaks.

Velocity filtering removes high acceleration peaks and reduces acceleration reversals, minimizing mechanical backlash and elastic effects during the execution of high speed irregular/curve motion profiles.

Finally, our intelligent interface board eliminates most of the computing requirements from the host PC CPU, avoiding the need for real-time operating systems and the use of a dedicated PC for the motion controller: just connect your cutting machine or plotter to a PC serial port or Ethernet network, like a printer.

With only 5% to 25% CPU usage, InoCONTROL can be installed on any Windows/Linux PC and share the same computer with other applications (ex: CAD workstation).
