BUCHANAN, MI - Functionality and low-cost are the differentiators of the new VarioFlow workpiece pallet system, supporting the VarioFlow 65mm and 90mm wide conveyor system. It is ideal for linking machine tools and manual workstations, as well as supplying parts to assembly process stations. The workpiece pallet system is designed for products up to 8 kilograms in weight and speeds up to 18 meters per minute.
The VarioFlow workpiece pallet system is highly economical, requiring only one drive in many applications even over long conveyor segments, including those with curved sections. The pre-engineered system ensures proper fit and finish for all modular components, which simplifies system layout and speeds implementation. To provide the best possible surface for product transport, workpiece pallets are available in custom lengths of between 80mm and 500mm. Users can install stop gates and positioning units anywhere along the conveyor system. The stainless steel positioning unit stands up to harsh environments and even has a cover to protect it against metal chips or other contaminants. Divert and merge modules add layout flexibility to optimize the use of floor space, while routing the product through production and assembly processes with the greatest efficiency.
Featuring Adaptive Modularity(TM), a highly modular design concept based on a wide range of standard modules, the VarioFlow modular conveyor system offers system widths from 65mm to 320mm in both aluminum and stainless steel. Our 3D CAD software simplifies the system planning process, and the FMSsoft software program allows users to create exportable parts lists for the desired system layout.
