Modular CMM Fixturing
TE-CO now offers a complete line of modular CMM fixturing in ¼-20 for holding parts during inspection. Within this system, we offer fixture plates, fixture towers, a wide selection of standoffs and pin rest pads, magnetic rest pads, and soft touch clamps.
Our hard coat, black anodized aluminum CMM fixture plates have ¼-20 tapped holes on ½" centers and are alpha numerically labeled for documenting fixture setups. Standard fixture plates sizes start at 12" x 12" and go up to 28" x 40" to cover most CMM measuring ranges. Special fixture plate sizes can be quoted.
½", ¾" and 1" diameter standoffs come in ½", ¾", 1", 2" and 3" height increments to allow quality managers to build repeatable part fixtures that offer optimal part access for measurement with a coordinate measuring machine. After a part has been located and positioned, our soft touch clamps provide the ideal light clamping force for holding parts in position under touch probing. All TE-CO modular CMM fixturing components have a ¼-20 thread size.
