CHARLOTTE, North Carolina---PAM Fastening Technology has introduced the new Woodline automatic double mitre saw suited for large scale framing applications.

The Brevetti Woodline double mitre saw automatically cuts mouldings at lengths from 8 1/2" to 3' 10". The automated moulding magazine holds up to 20 mouldings. Simply ensure the Woodline is loaded and the PLC controlled unit will feed, clamp, cut and discharge moulding pieces at rates from 800 to 2000 cuts per hour... ideal for high speed production applications. The discharged, finished moulding pieces are organized in a separate bin.

The double circular carbide saw blades are capable of cutting through all kinds of moulding shapes and materials, including all woods, aluminum and aluminum covered.

Specifically designed for the medium to large size custom framer, the key to the Woodline's performance standard is trouble-free operation requiring minimal operator intervention.

Technical Specifications
The Brevetti Woodline double mitre moulding saw can cut mouldings up to 1 3/8" wide x 1 1/2" high. The equipment requires standard electric and compressed air (6 bars). The footprint is 3' 3" wide x 16' 10" long x 7' high. A standard moulding magazine holds 20 mouldings with an optional 40 moulding magazine available.
