MicroVu Excel 1052UC Testing Equipment

Our Quality Control Department has strengthened their testing ability with the addition of a MicroVu Excel 1052UC. This is the third MicroVu unit being used in the on-site test lab. The 1052UC is a multi-sensor measuring machine— combining vision, touch probe and laser capabilities. It is equipped with multiple probes which facilitate the testing of complex designs. We chose to outfit the 1052UC vision system with multiple stylus Renishaw Touch Probe Technology. A quality technician can select from several stylus tools to measure surfaces and features. We measure complex stamped, molded or machined parts with the vision system and touch probe in one set-up.
