TB Wood's Expands E-trAC® Product Line with new S-Series Micro AC Drives
Chambersburg, PA - TB Wood's Incorporated introduces the new Simple Economy (SE1) and Simple Wireless (SW1) S-Series of Micro AC Drives. Simple to install and economical to use, compact and reliable SE1 and SW1 AC Drives are ideal for basic industrial applications.
SE1 and SW1 Drives share a common set of parameters. The first 13 parameters meet 80% of users' most common needs and make start-up for both drives fast and easy. For additional flexibility and functionality, another 26 parameters are available. A convenient Help Card is provided with each drive that defines each parameter and identifies default wiring connections.
SE1 is available from fractional to 5 HP and SW1 is available from fractional to 20 HP. SE1 and SW1 provide 115 V, 230 V, and 460 V models that deliver improved operating efficiency with 5:1 constant torque Volts/Hertz control for single or multiple motors.
SW1 includes an infrared optical interface that enables wireless data transfer of drive settings by using PDA-trAC® software for Pocket PC and Palm OS to easily upload, download, edit and save drive parameters. This software can be downloaded from the TB Wood's Web site at www.tbwoods.com.
