Universal Application Metric End Mills
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. . E. Mike Bruhwiler, president of Micro 100, today announced the introduction of an extensive series of 2, 3 and 4-flute solid carbide metric end mills. MICRO 100 products are top performers in the marketplace.
These solid carbide end mills are designed with a slightly increased flute and overall length, which makes this tool extremely versatile and also allows regrinding for maximum use. Engineered with various corner radii per cutting diameter, the AECM Series metric end mills are ideally suited for heavier cuts in medium and hard materials. All end mills are supplied with AlTiN coating.
Cutter diameters are available from 1 mm to 12.0 mm with shank diameters of 4 mm to 12 mm. The shank diameters are held within -0.0025 to -0.008 mm. The cutter diameter tolerance is +0.000 -0.014 mm up to +0.000 -0.043 mm, depending upon size. Corner radii range from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm as sizes increase. T.I.R. maximum is 0.012 mm.
