New Pump with Stainless Steel Bearing Housing

seepex has introduced a stainless steel bearing housing for their MD corrosion resistant metering pumps. The housing is standard for all "bare shaft" pumps in the MD range. The stainless steel housing will eliminate many corrosion related problems and provide better aesthetics on stainless steel dilution or chemical feed package skids.

MD pumps are designed for metering aggressive chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride and strong acids and bases. Pump bodies are either stainless steel or HDPE. Internals are either stainless steel, Hastelloy C4, titanium or Kynar®. A variety of elastomers and seals is available. These pumps do not pulsate, have a wide turndown, and are available in 11 performance sizes. They do not need pulsation dampeners or pressure regulators, will not gas or vapor lock and have a low NPSHR. Pumps and repair parts are stocked.
