Pocket Bellows Metering Pump
Pocket Bellows Metering pumps are ideal for low flow, low pressure metering applications. The pump is constructed entirely of plastic and utilizes GRI's time-proven bellows technology to provide an accurate chemically resistant metering pump with a long life and small footprint at an economical price. Pumps are self-priming, repeatable from stroke-to-stroke to +/- 0.75% and can run dry.
The pump offers 4 different bellows sizes for various flow requirements and 13 tubing connector options. Flow rates range to 252 ml/min and can be easily adjusted. The pump offers discharge pressures up to 6 psi and fluid temperatures to 140F (60C). Standard motors are AC voltage synchronous motors in 115V, 50/60 Hz or 230V, 50/60 Hz. Motors are UL listed, continuous duty rated and can be supplied with an optional microswitch for stroke counting.
The Pocket Bellows Metering pumps are suitable for various applications including dosing chemicals, silver recovery systems, wafer and silicon chip washers and processors, blood analyzing equipment, thermo-therapy equipment, waste removal systems, and detergent dispensers.
