Metal Pump features 3 in. max solids passage.

Press Release Summary:

Along with bolted construction, T1510 Advanced(TM) Brahma(TM) pump has top inlet design and uses flap valve technology to allow passage of large solids. Bottom discharge and flow-through design prevent settled solids from damaging pump internals upon restart. Turbo-Flo(TM) air distribution system, which is completely submersible, allows pump to be used in harsh environments. Constructed with aluminum or ductile iron wetted components, pump has 258 gpm max flow rate.

Original Press Release:

Introduction of the 76 mm (3") Advanced(TM) Brahma(TM) Turbo-Flo(TM) Metal Pump

Wilden is proud to announce the availability of the new 76 mm (3") T1510 Advanced(TM) Brahma(TM) metal pump. The bolted T1510 Brahma(TM) pump has a top inlet and bottom discharge, and uses flap valve technology to allow the passage of large solids. The bottom discharge and large flow-through design prevents settled solids from damaging pump internals upon restart.

The Advanced(TM) Brahma(TM) pump uses the traditional Turbo-Flo(TM) air distribution system (ADS). The Turbo-Flo(TM) ADS has evolved over the past 50 years and has proven itself in numerous industrial applications. It is easy to maintain, externally serviceable and is completely submersible, this allows the Brahma(TM) to be used in harsh environments such as mine dewatering and sludge & slurry applications.

The T1510 Brahma(TM) pump is constructed of rugged aluminum or ductile iron wetted components. This new pump is available with Buna-N or neoprene elastomers.
