New Masking Plugs with First Thread Protection Available in Natural Silicone and Black EPDM



Erie, PA - The Alliance Plastics Masking Products line now includes over 1,300 products thanks to the newly added. These are available in natural silicone (temperature range: 600°F/316°C) and black EPDM (temperature range: 425°F/218°C). These plugs provide excellent masking to the first thread of standard blind female threads. These ergonomically-friendly plugs were designed with a pull tab for easy installation and removal. Alliance Plastics offers these plugs in silicone because it is a premium masking material due to the high temperature rating and can be used multiple times. Alliance also carries the full range of EPDM material plugs to provide a more economical material option and cost savings to our customers. EPDM has a slightly lower heat resistance but a superior chemical resistance and is also reusable.
