The HELI-CAL® Flexure technology, applied to the design and manufacture of machined springs, can precisely match the workload and dimensional requirements for a broad spectrum of applications.
Machined springs can be manufactured to close dimensional tolerances which enhance performance and repeatability of the spring. Perhaps best of all, however, a machined spring can be made from a single piece of material which incorporates a customer's specified attachment features.
