New RIDGID® 915 Manual Roll Groover
Provides Expanded Capacity and Flexibility
for In-Place Pipe Up to 12" Diameter

ELYRIA, OH - November 2001 - The new RIDGID® 915 roll groover is a portable roll groover designed to groove in-place pipe ranging from 1-1/4" to 12" diameter.
The new roll groover grooves steel pipe up to 12" Schedule 10; up to 6" Schedule 40 for steel, aluminum and stainless steel, 2" to 8" copper tubing; and 1-1/4" to 12" Schedule 80 PVC. The unit uses interchangeable roll sets for handling the entire range of pipe sizes. The 915 roll groover requires only 3-1/2" of clearance around the pipe and a minimum of 2-3/4" of exposed pipe. The roll groover's narrow profile enables grooving in tight quarters.
Featuring a simplified, yet rugged design, the RIDGID® 915 roll groover provides superior tracking and eliminates the tendency for binding.
Constructed of robust ductile iron and weighing only 23 pounds, the 915 roll groover is easy to use and features a built-in handle that makes the tool easy to carry, and set up.
The RIDGID® 915 roll groover easily attaches to suspended pipe; a 1/2" ratchet is used to activate it, rotating around the pipe and providing a precision groove.
