MailTrak AQ consists of three increasing levels of service, designed to meet the needs of different mailer environments:
o MailTrak AQ1 is for mailers who maintain their mailing lists in-house,
providing mail tracking using IMB codes with the ACS service of choice.
GrayHair acquires, stores and delivers ACS data per client
requirements.
o MailTrak AQ2 is for mailers who prefer their lettershops manage address
updates and adjustments. In addition to AQ1, as noted above, AQ2
provides real-time address updates. GrayHair appends the IMB for
Confirm and ACS purposes, then validates addresses for ACS matches and
updates immediately before mailing.
o MailTrak AQ3 is a full-service, turnkey mail tracking, address
management, and postage reconciliation solution. This level provides
the features offered in AQ1 & AQ2 and reconciles postage usage via
GrayHair's MailReport(TM) service.
