Magnetic Flow Meter - FMG3000 and FMG3100 Series
OMEGA's new FMG3000 and FMG3100 Series flow meters offer precision measurements and high reliability. They do not require field programming, and their insertion-style magnetic sensors have no moving parts. All models are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials-polypropylene (PP) or OLE_LINK1OLE_LINK2polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-ensuring long life while minimizing maintenance costs. They work in pipe sizes ranging from DN15 to DN200 (0.5 to 8 in.) and measure flow over a wide dynamic range, satisfying the requirements of many applications.
Able to measure even dirty liquids accurately, these magmeters have a default full scale range of 5m/s when using the 4 to 20 mA version. With frequency output, their maximum flow rating is 10 m/s. An integrated sensor provides temperature compensation. When combined with products from OMEGA's comprehensive line of installation fittings, FMG3000/3100 meters provide automatic sensor alignment and insertion depth.
