New DC Powered Magnetic Drive Pump Provides Long Life and Low Maintenance


Hudson, MA-Clark is pleased to introduce their new Model NH-PX Series Inert Magnetic Drive Pumps. This brushless DC pump series features an all inert pump housing and impeller, with typical wetted materials of glass filled polypropylene, PVDF, or ETFE.

Provided with the standard wear-resistant Ceramic shaft and bearings (Silicon Carbide optional), and a seal-less magnetic coupler, this NH-PX pump series can offer life expectancy in excess of 10,000+ maintenance-free hours.

NH-PX pumps with brushless DC drives are available in many flow and pressure ranges, with free flows up to 30 lpm and maximum head pressures to 16 feet of water. Higher capacity pumps are available in AC drive configurations. Connection options include hose barbs or Male NPT up to one inch, dependent on pump model and flow capacity.

The compact size and efficient design of the NH-PX pumps make them ideal for many OEM applications including plating tanks, temperature recirculators, ultrapure water filtration, beverage concentrates, semiconductor baths, and virtually anywhere an inert flow path and reliable fluid transfer is required.
