Compact Parts Washing System for Machined Parts



Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. has developed a new line of parts cleaning systems, the "Aquamate RF", designed for cleaning machined parts.

The Aquamate RF rotary fixture parts cleaning system can be configured for cleaning high volume screw machine parts in baskets or low volume machined parts with complex geometries. Parts are loaded in a basket or fixture and rotated and sprayed for cleaning. Typical contaminants removed include coolant, chips, oil and other manufacturing soils.

The rotary fixture is designed to accept baskets or can be custom engineered to hold specific parts. For highly complex parts with blind holes and multiple passageways, pneumatically actuated probes can be incorporated to wash specific part features. Multiple sensors insure precise part positioning and highly accurate probing for cleaning critical areas.

Systems are designed for single operator interface in manufacturing work cells and are available in single or multi-stage configurations. PLC controls and servo driven rotary fixture are flexible to accommodate multiple functions.

Machines are available in standard design or can be custom engineered for specific cleaning applications.
