Advanced Technical Features in a Compact Luminescence Scanner

The Leuze Lumiflex LRT 440 scanner is equally adept at reliably detecting invisible marks on bottle labels as it is with the monitoring and detection of glue applications or bottle orientation. The LRT 440's maintenance free LED emits a visible blue light allowing a color separator to focus the light on the surface to be scanned while optional filters allow several different luminescent materials to be distinguished. The LRT 440 has scanning ranges of 30, 50 or 150 mm, a switching frequency of 1 kHz and adjustable sensitivity allowing the user to match individual applications. With its compact size and easy connect M-12 plug the LRT 440 can be utilized in applications where space is at a minimum.
