Taiyo America, Inc., Carson City, NV announces the introduction PSR-9000 FXT, an improved version of its PSR-9000 Series of flexible LPI Solder Masks. The new PSR-9000 FXT has excellent flexibility throughout application processing and after cure. It resolves very fine features and has excellent chemical resistance to final finishes such as electroless nickel / immersion gold, silver and tin. Other features of PSR-9000 FXT are superior heat resistance, low warpage and availability in amber and green versions. PSR-9000 FXT is RoHS compliant and meets industry low halogen criteria. "PSR-9000FXT provides flexibility throughout the fabrication process to give good handling properties eliminating the difficult handling required by earlier generation products and enables high yield processing in fabrication" says David Vaughan, Marketing Manager for Taiyo America.
