Employing solid-state silicon-avalanche technology, RClamp2502L protects sensitive components connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, CDE (cable discharge events), and lightning. This array of surge rated diodes with internal TVS diode protects up to 2 I/O lines and features capacitance of less than 5 pF line-to-line. Operating voltage is 2.5 V, and transient protection is provided up to 15 kV for ESD, 40 A for EFT, and 24 A for lightning.

RailClamp is a low capacitance TVS array designed to protect high speed data interfaces. This series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and Lightning.
