Columbia Machine's NEW load transfer station with pallet dispenser (LTS-PD) can decrease pallet transfer times, increase transfer efficiency, and enhance pallet and load alignment.
The LTS-PD saves labor cost by allowing a single forklift operator to perform the entire transfer process. At a speed of 45-seconds per cycle, the forklift operator can place a load in the station and have it transferred to another pallet without assistance from an additional operator.
The LTS-PD simplifies warehousing and shipping by efficiently transferring loads to alternative pallets. It's ideal for capturing FDA required in-house pallets to reduce pallet replacement and repair costs.
