The Model 53 load cell from Sensotec is a bonded foil compression unit offered in ranges from 5 to 50,000 lbs. Low cost and industrially rugged, the 53 features fully welded stainless steel construction and a 50% overload capacity. The integral load button insures excellent long term stability and reliability under severe conditions.
The Model 53 delivers 0.25% full scale non-linearity with standard output of 2mV/V. The operating temperature range is -65 to 250 ºF, compensated from 60 to 160 ºF. Optional in-line or internal amplification provides 0-5 VDC or 4- 20 mA output, ideal for use in high noise areas or on long cable runs.
