Revvo Caster Introduces New Flexello UTP Series Twin-Wheel Leveling Casters Featuring an Adjustable Foot and Stem
(September 2003) - The Revvo Caster Company, Inc., West Seneca, New York announces the introduction of its new Flexello UTP Series twin-wheel leveling casters designed for use on appliance cabinets, medical carts and equipment, furniture, racks, displays, and other products and equipment requiring periodic rolling and level, stationary positioning. According to Revvo, the UTP Series caster features an adjustable stem and foot for leveling that is concentric with the caster spindle. The body is constructed of high-impact nylon for strength and attractive appearance. The stem is made of sturdy carbon steel.
The new UTP Series caster has a load capacity of 330 lbs. and 2-5/8" diameter Nylon 6 wheels. It has a height-adjustment range of 9/16" from a minimum height of 4-15/16" to a maximum height of 5-1/2". The new twin-wheel caster has a swivel radius of 2-1/8", a tread width of 11/16", an overall width of 2-7/8", and a foot diameter of 1-1/8". Revvo states that the minimum clearance is 3/8" between the foot and floor when the stem is raised for rolling, and that the maximum clearance is 9/16" between the wheel and the floor when the stem is lowered for leveling.
The company states that the new UTP Series caster features a ball raceway bearing and is available with options such as a top plate design, foot brake, and direction lock. It is supplied in standard black with custom colors available.
