Norgren - KIP Fluid Controls Designs A Unique Level Detection Solution For Medical Applications



Norgren - KIP Fluid Controls has designed a level switch that fits right into a bottle for a medical application. KIP's miniature multipoint level switch was designed with an embedded connector, which is glued to the level switch mounting. This bottle level switch is used to control waste management as well as DI Water. Each of the bottles is pressure decay tested, by KIP engineering, at 30 PSI for 5 minutes each. Currently, KIP is purchasing the filter bottle caps and machining them to fit the customer's needs. Continued efforts are being made to design a custom mold for the caps for a more efficient assembly. KIP strives to help the customer design a system that they require at a competitive price.
