Focused Lens-End Lamps Direct Beams Eliminate Adjustments


A full line of miniature, focused lens-end lamps that feature precise optical and mechanical axis alignment to eliminate the need for adjustments is available from Gilway Technical Lamp of Woburn, Massachusetts.

Gilway Focused Lens-End Lamps feature a 3 deg optical and mechanical axis alignment which lets users reference the lamp body to direct the light. Projecting a concentrated high intensity beam of up to 17,000 Lux, depending upon design, they eliminate the need for adjustments or focusing lenses and are available in a wide range of sizes from 5 mm to 13 mm dia.

Constructed with high quality glass envelopes, precisely positioned tungsten filaments, and brass sleeves, Gilway Focused Lens-End Lamps are offered as vacuum types or filled with a gas such as argon, krypton, or halogen in cylindrical shapes with pin contacts or wire leads. Requiring from 2.5 to 12 V and 0.20 to 1.0 Amps, color temperatures range from 2,200 to 3,000 deg K.
