CNG-SAFE software now deployed corporate-wide to create central electronic repository for sales, service and support at WeinigUSA
Chicago, Manufacturing Week (Booth # 20020), March 20, 2006- Cabinet NG, Inc., the preeminent solution to the "paper cuts profit" problem in small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), today announced that WeinigUSA, a wholly owned subsidiary of leading German machine tool manufacturer Michael Weinig AG, is expanding its use of Cabinet NG's Shared Access Filing Environment (CNG-SAFE) document management software across its U.S. operations. WeinigUSA is using CNG-SAFE as its electronic 'cabinet' repository of the entire sales and service history for thousands of Weinig machine tools in use throughout the United States. CNG-SAFE allows WeinigUSA personnel to get instant access to vital customer information, making its sales and service organization more productive and responsive to customers' needs.
WeinigUSA initially became a Cabinet NG customer four years ago when the company grew dissatisfied with its existing electronic document management system it was using in customer service. The booming business in construction and related industries in the U.S. placed Weinig machine tools in high demand, and a more powerful document management solution was needed to support the increased productivity and customer service requirements. Cabinet NG introduced WeinigUSA to its document management solution that went far beyond merely digitalizing paper documents. CNG-SAFE transformed WeinigUSA's paper trail into an automated electronic document workflow platform that added significantly to its productivity and responsiveness.
Today, CNG-SAFE is also automating electronic document workflow by providing a standardized naming system and central sales quote repository.
