"As usual with these challenges, I’m astounded at the creativity and innovation that goes into so many of the entries," said Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser. "Given Jaguar’s background in the maker/robotics arena, I have no doubt we’ll see some great things come from his laser work."

"I definitely consider myself a maker and can’t wait to get the laser to Alaska, where machinery like this is scarce," Kristeller said. "My intention is to provide access to the laser cutter for FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) teams and other makers."

"Wow, I want to try these out!" said Eric Wilhelm, founder of and director of communities at Autodesk. "This is excellent work from Jaguar and MITERS. I love giving away tools, and the Epilog Challenge always brings out the most ingenious and creative projects in the Instructables community."
