Large Spanish Retail Company Expands Use of ReadSoft's Invoice Automation Solution through New Agreement Worth 223,000 EUR

One of Spain's largest retail companies has decided to expand the use of ReadSoft software for invoice automation into SAP. The expanded agreement covers invoices in electronic format (EDI) and is worth 223,000 EUR.
The company has been using ReadSoft's invoice automation solution for several years, saving time and money by automating the invoice process from arrival to post. The solution also includes efficient workflow to streamline verification and exception handling - and is seamlessly integrated with the customer's SAP system.
Expanding the use of ReadSoft's SAP-certified solution to also automate incoming invoices in electronic format (EDI) means that all incoming invoices, in any format (paper, fax, PDF, image, email, or EDI) will be automatically entered into SAP for approval and payment. The company has thus further streamlined its invoice processing substantially.
