Trojan Heat Treating now operating new tip-up furnace can handle LARGE components
www.trojanheattreat.com (Homer, MI), a division of www.htsmi.com (with 3 additional plants in Pontiac/Waterford, MI), has the capability to process large components.
THT can run a variety of shapes and sizes of cast, forged, and or fabricated parts which need heat treat prior to machining and/or welded fabrications which require stress relieving. Some are quite large, please see the attached photos.
Trojan Heat Treat, Inc. recently processed the attached filtration fabrication with a 24 hour turnaround. I have included pictures demonstrating the care taken in moving the unit into the furnace by fabricating casters to units to move to furnace transfer loader.
