New Brady GlobalMark Utility Makes File Transfers Easy
MILWAUKEE - (April 29, 2004) Brady Corporation is introducing a major addition to its popular GlobalMark Industrial Label Maker. All GlobalMarks will now include the new Brady File Management Utility.
GlobalMark makes it possible to print a wide range of professional quality labels in single and multiple colors. The File Management Utility is a software package that makes it easy to transfer files, such as logos, fonts for printing and graphic elements, between the GlobalMark and a PC. Users simply select a file type, source and destination; highlight the files and then copy. Files can be transferred both to and from the GlobalMark's internal memory or external memory card.
The File Management Utility also makes it easier to manage existing files by allowing users to copy, move and delete them in the internal memory or external memory card. The utility, combined with a PC, makes it a snap to upgrade the GlobalMark's operating system. Users select "upgrade printer files," and it automatically looks for updates on line.
