Rotary Semi-Automatic Label Applicator Capable of Speeds of up to 60 Products Per Minute
Walnut, CA (January 10, 2003) - A rotary semi-automatic label applicator can deliver 50 products per minute in a compact table top design.
The Model ST400 Rotary Label Applicator from Southern California Packaging Equipment, Inc. is a compact label applicator capable of labeling a wide variety of round vial-sized products. It comes complete with a direct drive DC stepper motor, powered rewind, a 4.5" web width, and standard 12" diameter label roll capacity. Under microprocessor control, label placement is accurate to plus or minus 1/32".
The ST400 Rotary Label Applicator is batch loaded. Once a product is detected, the rotor automatically removes it from the feed chute, labels and ejects it. The ST400 is fully adjustable and can accommodate a wide assortment of different product sizes. The applicator is available in wrap and tamp versions, each incorporating 50 memory presets for fast product change over and setup.
