Jajah Selects Voxbone as Provider of DID Numbers for Its Jajah Direct Service

Cites Availability of Customized Numbers, Quality of Service, Plethora of Numbers and Channels, Regulation Compliance, Fast Response Time

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5, 2008 - Voxbone, a leading provider of international VoIP origination services to carriers, ITSPs, calling card operators, call centers and other businesses around the world, today announced that Jajah has selected Voxbone as its primary supplier of DID numbers for its Jajah Direct service.

Introduced in November 2007, Jajah Direct enables customers to make phone calls without Internet access. Customers can simply call a local number to get in touch with their international friends. Local phone numbers are allocated to their contacts and stored in their address books. This works with any phone, regardless of make and model.

Local DID numbers enable Jajah customers to receive calls in 40 countries using dedicated, direct local numbers. Beyond the cost savings of using local numbers, Voxbone provides its customers with a simple means to expand their global presence quickly.

Jajah selected Voxbone because of the availability of customized numbers, its high quality of service, enforced compliance with regulations, plethora of phone numbers and channels, and the fast response time it offers.

"Jajah Direct allows everyone to benefit from the advantages of Internet calling -- even if they don't have Internet access," said Daniel Mattes, co-founder of Jajah. "To provide such a revolutionary service, we needed a partner that operates globally with a high level of quality. Voxbone is that ideal partner for Jajah."

Mattes continued, "Jajah Direct was the first step towards free or extremely low-cost international phone calls from any phone, landline or mobile, old or new, home or office. Calling a local number connects the caller with his global contacts. Voxbone helped us greatly in this step."

Voxbone leases international VoIP virtual phone numbers and worldwide origination services via VoIP to organizations in North and South America, Europe and Asia/Pacific regions. It delivers high-quality call origination and provides the global infrastructure that enables its customers to expand to international markets quickly and efficiently. Using direct inbound dial (DID) also called virtual numbers from Voxbone, customers may receive inexpensive, locally dialed phone calls. Using standard VoIP hardware, customers utilize the Voxbone API or web portal for the configuration of the acquired DIDs and to choose to which IP appliance the calls are diverted.
